Exchange and return

It is of course always possible that the products of your online order are a bit disappointing. In that case it is possible to exchange or return these to us.* Within 14 days you can register your online order for:

• An exchange for another product, whereby any price difference will be settled.**
• A return and get a refund for the article.**

How does a return work?

Register your return by sending an email to webshop@johdeheer.nl for a return label. Our employees of the webshop will send you a free return label within 24 hours with which the product can be returned via a Post NL point. The possible costs of the refund are on the customer's account  

Step-by-step guide:

• Place the item with the completed return overview in the box.
• Print the return label and stick it over the old label.
• Drop the package at a PostNL location and keep the proof of shipment. 
• The return shipment will be settled after receipt and processing

* Sheet music cannot be returned.

** Joh.deHeer can give a credit fund that is less than the original paid amount, if the product isn't returned in its original state.
