Ever since the 1970's the iconic white woofer and signature sound of Yamaha's nearfield reference monitors have become a genuine industry standard for a reason - their accuracy. Adam Audio T7V Studio Monitor

Adam Audio T7V Studio Monitor

The Adam Audio T7V Studio Monitor is a very affordable two-way nearfield monitor. The monitor is optimized for small spaces.

Due to the 7 inch woofer, the bass frequency response of the T7V extends to a whopping 39 Hz. The new U-ART tweeter, a breakthrough solution for use in high-resolution recording and mixing on a budget, goes up to 25 kHz. This is virtually unheard of in monitors in this price range.

A chamfered housing with a rear-facing bass reflex port and a small footprint allow the T7V to be placed anywhere in you room. The U-ART tweeter is driven by a 20 W Class-D amplifier, while a 50 W Class-D amplifier serves the woofer. These new powerhouses deliver an impressive maximum of 110 dB SPL per year.

In other words, with these excellent acoustic properties and an excellent price-quality ratio, this T7V monitor is suitable for novice producers.

This monitor is also available with a 5-inch woofer.

Yamaha HS3 Studio Monitors - Pair Black

Yamaha

Yamaha was founded in 1887 by Torakusu Yamaha in Japan when he made his first acoustic organ. Yamaha was very passionate and soon started making pianos and grand pianos. He was the first in Japan to make pianos. In its development process, this progression and innovation was always present. Through the past century and a half, the company has expanded enormously towards all kinds of instruments. Their first acoustic guitar hit the market in the 1960s, and they have been constantly improving and innovating instruments ever since. The innovation that Torakusu Yamaha contained is still visible in Yamaha's instruments today.

The HS3

Yamaha is a staple for studios. They produce all different types of studio materials, including monitors. The HS monitors are very popular due to their reliable sound reproduction. This makes the monitors ideal for studio use but also to connect to your piano or keyboard. The HS3 has a frequency response of 70Hz to 22kHz, which means the smallest details of the sound will still be reproduced clearly and reliably. Furthermore, the sound is neutral. This is good, because if the speakers colour the sound your editing choices will be subjective. A neutral sound will make your decisions more objective. At the front of one of the monitors is a volume control and a headphone input. Another advantage of the HS3 is that the monitors are very compact. Consequently, they are suitable for home use or a smaller studio. On the back, there’s a stereo line connection, two XLR and TRS inputs, and an output to the other speaker. There are also two sliders with which you can alter the decibels of the highs or the lows.
