The Content Chapel 236 External is one of the church organs of Content organ building from Ermelo. Content's Chapel line is specifically built for building church organs which means the organ is extremely suitable for accompanying part-song. The organ which contains 36 stops and a 30-tone pedal is sampled from various pipe organs from various style periods. This makes it easy to play pieces by Bach, but Reger also sounds fantastic on this organ. Mainly, the organ is suitable for accompaniment of part-song, so Dutch chorales can also be played very well on this organ.

The organ is fully equipped and convenient to use for the organist. He can easily switch between registrations via the Presets. He can also use the swell pedals to regulate the volume of the organ. In addition, the organist can easily register using the TAB stops. Various other options are also available, such as foot pistons and the option of keyboards with a wooden core, which minimises the difference with a pipe organ.

The organ contains the same technology built into the Celeste series of Content organs. The organ comes in a robust oak case and can be supplied in any colour. In addition, a shutter is built into the organ, protecting it from unwanted use. Numerous options are also available on the organ, such as extra voices, for example, an extra trumpet can be added or the height of the organ bench can be adjusted.

The Chapel 236 has external speakers, which means that the speakers are placed in, for example, a hall or a church. These external speakers are distributed over six audio channels. It is also possible to go for the Chapel 236 internal which has internal speakers, so there the speakers are placed in the organ itself.
