Eastman was founded in 1992 by Qian Ni, a Chinese musician who had moved to America. He realised there were few professional instruments available at the time, which is why he decided to start his own company. Quality is still Eastman’s priority. Every instrument is made by hand and goes through an extensive process to ensure that the instruments will stand the test of time and can be used quite intensively.
The AC322CE
The AC322CE is an auditorium guitar. This is a popular model within the western guitar world. The size of the body makes the auditorium more comfortable than the popular dreadnought. The shape also makes the guitar more suitable for fingerpicking. The top of the guitar is made of solid spruce which produces a warm sound. The guitar has solid mahogany back and sides for great projection and a bright sound.
