Eastman
Eastman was founded in 1992 by Qian Ni, a Chinese musician who had moved to America. He realised there were few professional instruments available at the time, which is why he decided to start his own company. Quality is still Eastman’s priority. Every instrument is made by hand and goes through an extensive process to ensure that the instruments will stand the test of time and can be used quite intensively.
The Juliet P-90
This beautiful guitar has a unique shape. The body consists of one piece solid okoume which extends into the neck. Okoume has great resonance and a beautiful pattern. This is complemented by the vintage red stain. The guitar has an ebony fretboard and two P-90 pickups. P-90s are single coil pickups with a larger magnet. As such, the sound is fuller than with a regular single coil pickup. P-90s sound vintage and are very versatile.
