Laney and the Digbeth series

Laney is a British company that has been producing amplifiers since 1967. They prioritise quality and simplicity, which means that the products have a recognisable and authentic appearance and a unique and powerful sound. Laney’s Digbeth series contains amplifiers, pedals, and combos that are inspired by vintage bass amps but are made with modern technologies. This means that all products in the series have an authentic sound and appearance but the sustainability and reliability of modern technology.

The DB500H

The Laney Digbeth DB500H celebrates our heritage in bass. Packed with vintage appeal and ultra-modern functionality, the DB500H gives the modern bass player a range of FET and Tube tones not previously available in a compact, powerful and portable bass amp. The amp contains a wide variety of authentic tube amp sounds. The amp can produce a neutral sound when the Tilt is in neutral. However, by altering the tilt the amp will either emphasise the high or low tones for a beautiful and unique sound. The head can be combined with the DBV212-4 and the DBV410-4 bass cabinets.
