Keyboard

Nord has gone big with this new piano keyboard. With 61 keys, it is versatile enough to play both the bass and lead parts simultaneously, but also small enough to be easy to carry around. The keys are waterfall type and therefore perfect for fast lead solos. In addition, it also comes with aftertouch that allows you to edit the sound even after you have struck the key. This synthesiser works perfectly with the new Nord Sample Library 3.0 which promises years of updates and new samples. So you are not easily bored with the Nord Wave 2. Of course, you can customise the sounds entirely to your taste with the extensive Oscillator section. You can choose from analogue as well as FM, Wavetable and other Sample sounds. The rich, warm sounds created by the analogue oscillator will amaze you, and the new FM synth is a nice addition for even more great sounds. You also have a choice of different low pass, high pass filters and the famous transistor ladder filter from the legendary Mini. In addition, you have a versatile LFO and modulation section, and hundreds of setting options to make this instrument your taste. Effects and Connections

Nord has also put the necessary effects in the Wave 2. So you have a choice of 5 high-quality reverb effects, many types of modulation such as chorus and flanger and, of course, an extensive delay effect. You can also use the equaliser and an overdrive option. In terms of connections, the new Wave 2 is also well connected. Namely, it has a MIDI out and in jack, stereo line out, monitor in, 2 jacks for pedals and, of course, a headphone jack.
