What makes the CLP-775 different?

For the most part, the Yamaha CLP-775 is similar to its smaller brother, the Yamaha CLP-745. As far as the keyboard is concerned, Yamaha has added a new GrandTouch keyboard. This brings the CLP-775's keyboard one step closer to that of a real piano. The white keys have a wooden core and are covered with a synthetic ivory layer for optimal playing feel. The hammers are individually weighted and physically increase in weight as the notes become deeper. This is ideal for the perfect playing feel. In addition, the piano is equipped with the new GP Responsive Damper function, which makes the pedals "touch-sensitive". The amount and speed at which the pedals are depressed affects the function of each pedal. The CLP-775's control panel has also been upgraded. The physical buttons have been replaced by a modern touch panel. As if that were not enough, the CLP-775 also has an improved audio system.
