The Yamaha U1 is one of the most renowned instruments in the world of acoustic pianos. Developed by Yamaha since the mid-1950s, this series of pianos are renowned for their clear, transparent tonal quality and their pleasing playability. It is therefore not surprising that this piano can be found among professional pianists, conservatories, teaching practices and many piano enthusiasts in the living room. With a height of 121cm, this beloved piano is an ideal piano for many occasions! In addition to this beautiful new U1, we also continuously have a wide range of used Yamaha U-Pianos.

More about the U1
While the cheaper models such as the B-series and the P-series are currently produced in Indonesia, the Yamaha U1 is still a real all-Japanese piano. Over the years, Yamaha has made extensive revisions to the piano, making it better than ever before. For the U1, which also has a bigger brother with the Yamaha U3, only the best materials are used, such as solid Canadian pine for the soundboard. All parts, including the mechanism, hammer heads and keyboard, are completely developed in-house by Yamaha. All these parts are of excellent quality and contribute to the very positive characteristics of this also very voice fixed piano.
You could also choose to purchase the piano with a Silent System, a Transacoustic System or a Disklavier System.
