More about the U3

While the cheaper models such as the B-series and P-series are currently produced in Indonesia, the Yamaha U3 is an all-Japanese piano. Over the years, Yamaha has made extensive revisions to the piano, making it better than ever before. For the U3, which also has a smaller brother with the Yamaha U1,  only the best materials are used, such as solid Canadian spruce for the soundboard. All parts, including the mechanics, hammer heads and keyboard, are completely developed by Yamaha in-house. All these parts are of excellent quality and contribute to the very positive characteristics of this piano with a very high degree of tuning stability.
