Welcome to the page about the Joh.deHeer delivery service! We are proud of our team of skilled chauffeur-delivery drivers and our extensive fleet of vehicles. Joh.deHeer aims for the highest level of customer satisfaction and that is exactly the reason why we arrange all deliveries in-house. Every day we hit the road to make customers in the Netherlands and far beyond happy with beautiful organs, pianos, grand pianos and digital pianos. Any product that weighs more than 30 kilos will be delivered by ourselves! Our delivery drivers have an affinity with the instruments so they will neatly place, install and demonstrate them! As a customer, take advantage of our benefits:

Speed - We drive several cars across the country every day. Many of our instruments are available directly from stock, allowing us to deliver quickly! Sometimes even on the next working day!

Flexibility - Self-scheduling offers high flexibility to take into account preferred days or preferred times. Deliveries are coordinated by mutual agreement!

Completeness - an instrument is not left in a box by the door, but neatly brought to the place where it will be placed. Instruments are neatly assembled or installed so that it is immediately at your site fully functioning! Any questions? The delivery staff can often answer them immediately!

Smaller products

Did you know that at Joh.deHeer it is possible to have every delivery delivered by our own delivery service? We always deliver instruments above 30 kilos ourselves! Products below are sent by PostNL but can optionally be delivered by our own service at €75.00 delivery charge!

In some cases such as higher-end guitars or Nord instruments, we also always deliver with our own delivery service! When checking out your order, you will automatically be presented with the available choices.

Abroad

We always deliver free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium, but we also regularly visit countries such as Denmark, Germany, Italy, France and Austria. Are you ordering from abroad? Then the check-out procedure automatically calculates the applicable rates for delivery.

Do you have questions about delivery abroad and the corresponding rates? Feel free to contact us! If you are flexible in terms of delivery time, we may be able to achieve cost benefits by combining several deliveries in your country.
