The new PSR-F52 from Yamaha is a 61-key keyboard ideal for beginners. This keyboard is packed with features that will enhance your first playing experience. One of these functions is a metronome, which makes it easier for beginners to master rhythms. In addition, this instrument has excellent sound quality, is easy to use and comes with a free digital songbook full of standard music, lesson videos and a chord function to help you play chords. The keyboard is ideal for taking with you as it can be played without mains power. You can simply use 6 AA batteries, so there is no need for the included AC adapter. The compact design also makes the PSR-F52 easy to carry and store.
Voices and sound
The PSR-F52 is equipped with 144 pure voices, developed by Yamaha using advanced technology based on the sounds of world-famous instruments. This gives the PSR-F52 the ability to play almost any type of music at a high level. Compared to its predecessor, the PSR-F51, the PSR-F52 has a much wider range of instruments, offering more possibilities. In addition, the PSR-F52 has a more powerful sound boost, which allows the sound to be reproduced with more power. This, combined with its 2x2.5 watt speakers, ensures that the keyboard has enough volume to hear yourself play well. It is also possible to connect headphones.
Styles
The PSR-F52 is equipped with a top-quality automatic accompaniment function. This function provides support for using various rhythms and bass lines. In total, the PSR-F52 has 158 styles, a wider selection than its predecessor, the PSR-F51. It is possible to choose from many globally appealing genres that you need to play your favorite tunes. From Modern Dangdut (Indonesia) and Reggaeton POP (Latin) to Modern Afrobeat (Africa) and so on.

THE PIANO
The Nord Stage 4 comes with a new enhanced collection of Grands, Uprights and Electric Pianos from our exclusive Nord Piano Library combined with new features such as Dynamic compression and Unison. Nord’s state-of-the-art sampling techniques capture the extraordinary nuances and real character of the source instruments. Our unique ‘Advanced String Resonance’ and Dynamic Pedal Noise features deliver breathtaking realism and an unsurpassed level of expressiveness.
THE SYNTH
The Synth section with its three independent Layers is based on the powerful Nord Wave 2 Synth Engine, including Virtual Analog synthesis, Samples, FM and Wavetable. An extensive new collection of samples from the Nord Sample Library offers a broad sonic palette of Strings, Bass, Choirs, Guitars and much more. The advanced Arpeggiator features new Polyphonic, Gate and Pattern modes and can be used for a huge variety of rhythmic applications with customizable patterns.
THE ORGAN
The Organ section features our award-winning simulations of B3 Tonewheel, B3 Bass, classic Vox and Farfisa as well as two Pipe Organ models.All Stage 4 models are equipped with our new Physical drawbars with LED indicators for optimal hands-on experience and overview.
THE EFFECTS
The Nord Stage 4 has a powerful new Effect section offering a complete setup of Effects for each Layer. The extensive range of Effects includes a new Pump effect for side chain simulation, a new Spin effect and brand new variations of Reverb, Delay, Amps and Modulation effects.
