New: the Arturia AstroLab!

The amazing new synthesiser from popular brand Arturia is finally out! The AstroLab is ideal for musicians who make their own music, because the striking thing about this synthesiser is that it has as many as 10 sound generators while most synthesisers only have one. With these 10 sound generators, it is possible to authentically replicate any instrument sound. The system also includes the Analog Lab under which the sounds of many famous instruments are available, including the Yamaha CS-80, the Roland Juno-106, the Hammond B3 strings, and many more! Within Analog Lab, you can also even produce sounds and effects and use them with the AstroLab or use them in your DAW. The system also comes with 1,300 presets that can be further customised with the eight buttons: four macro buttons for quick changes and four effect buttons. Moreover, you can also add even more sounds to the AstroLab via the online library.

This may all sound fairly complicated, but actually it is not. Arturia has made sure the user interface is easy to use. They have therefore used an intuitive navigation knob, which consists of a screen with a dial around it. This makes all settings very clear. The other knobs are also simple: the macro knobs are rotary knobs that allow you to adjust brightness, timbre, rhythm and modulation. The four effect knobs consist of two knobs with which you can adjust your own effects and a delay and a reverb knob.
