Roland has just released 2 updates to the incredibly popular RD-2000 and RD-88 stage pianos. Namely the RD-2000 EX and RD-88 EX! These updates are software-based, so the original models can also be updated. Read everything you need to know about these new models here!

What has been updated?
Hardware-wise, virtually nothing has changed on the inside and outside of these models. The only thing that sets them apart is the EX logo on the top. But what is different, then?
Roland has significantly updated the SuperNatural and V-Piano sound generators in recent years with new sounds and functions. We have already seen these new features in the Roland FANTOM series, for example, but with this update they now also come to Roland's best-selling stage pianos! For the RD-2000, this means that the popular German Grand sound, for example, is finally available. And the RD-88 also has some new acoustic sounds and possibilities! Please note: both updates differ from each other, so read carefully what the differences are before making a choice.
New update also available for old models
Do you already have a Roland RD-2000 or RD-88? Then don't worry! You too can get these sounds by updating your piano! There are costs involved, however. If you are interested in this, we recommend that you take a look at Roland's website.
