My name is Pascal Barendregt. I work at Joh.deHeer as Team Leader Sales and Logistics. The purpose of my position is to ensure that the customer experience runs smoothly from entry to delivery. From changing a string on a guitar to purchasing a new piano, the experience must and will be perfect.
