The PF-112HLF is a solid bass subwoofer from Ampeg. This subwoofer is part of their Portaflex series, in which they develop affordable, compact and powerful amplifiers. This subwoofer can be combined with many different heads, and is not usable without a head. It is a 200-watt a with a 12-inch Eminence speaker and a 1-inch HF tweeter. The front consists mainly of B-15, so the sound comes through clearly. The subwoofer has a frequency range of 49 to 14,000 Hz. In addition, the subwoofer is very compact and light, with a total weight of 14 kg, which also makes it an excellent subwoofer to transport. Added to this is the fact that the sound quality of the subwoofer is very good, making it also suitable for performances. Furthermore, the subwoofer has a vintage look, with a solid wooden foundation and a 'Black Diamond' finish. In short, the ideal subwoofer for the bass player looking for a big sound!
