Markbass, the insanely popular bass amp company, has finally produced an entry-level bass amp! The Markbass bass amps are currently a staple in studios and rehearsal rooms across the globe. However, the prices of their amps can get quite high, which means an entry-level amp has been in demand for a while. As such, we can finally introduce you to the CMB 121 Black Line! Mark Bass didn’t only make sure that the price is lower, but they also made sure that the sound quality wasn’t sacrificed in the process. They understand that a good and reliable tone is important for students and beginners so they’ll stay motivated and inspired.
Furthermore, the amp is compact and lightweight so it’s easy to transport and won’t take up much space. The amp is 150 watts which means it can still produce a strong sound, even strong enough for small performances. For the musicians who like to play in relative silence, the amp also has a headphone input. Do you want to play along to your favourite music? No problem! The system has an AUX input so you can connect your smartphone or laptop to the amp directly. Additionally, the CMB 121 Black Line has a 4-band EQ which means you can alter the frequence with four specific knobs. The system also contains a gain knob, a boost button, a scoop button, and, of course, the master knob. Do you want to use the amp for a larger performance? No problem, the amp has a line-out so it can be directly connected to a PA system.
