The Italian Marco De Virgiliis started in 2001 the company Markbass, together with Parsek. Marco had a lifelong passion for speakers, amps, instruments, and music. Furthermore, he had decades of personal experience and years of professional experience working with speakers and amps. He used this to produce the best possible bass amps and Markbass quickly grew to be an international company represented by world-famous musicians. However, they’ve expanded to include other products, including basses, guitars, pedals, and other accessories. They’ve also made sure they’re able to guarantee the highest quality with these products. Nowadays, Markbass products are a staple in rehearsal spaces, studios, and concert halls.

The Marcus Miller CMD 101 MICRO 60

The Marcus Miller CMD 101 MICRO 60 is a handy combo amp. The entire system is easy to transport as it’s compact and only weighs 11,6 kilos. Furthermore, it’s a 60-watt system which produces amazing sound quality. This amp may not be Markbass’ flagship, but it still produces the recognisable, full, and round Markbass sound. Additionally, the amp is also very versatile in use as it can be used as monitor, practice amp, or studio and stage amp (due to the balanced mixer/PA output). You can also connect headphones and/or your phone to the amp to play in peace and/or play along to your favourite music. Moreover, it’s possible to alter the tone precisely with the 3-band equalizer.
