The Nord Piano 6 is finally here! The Piano series from Nord produces digital pianos that contain all of the essential functions. Consequently, these pianos have a Triple Sensor keyboard and high-quality sounds for every genre, beautiful samples, and authentic effects. The Piano 6 has, compared to the Piano 5, beautiful new LED faders and double layers. The Piano 6 is available in two versions: with 88 keys or with 73 keys.

Sounds

A great advantage of a professional digital piano is that you’ll have access to multiple sounds. The sound library contains many professional recordings which provide this digital instrument with an authentic sound. For example, you’ll have access to grand pianos, standing pianos, and electric pianos. Furthermore, you’ll enjoy all the advantages of a digital instrument: a headphone output, speaker outputs, a MIDI output, and a USB connection. The synth section also gives you access to even more instruments, like (bass)guitars, wind instruments, and other string instruments. This library contains sounds and samples from Spitfire, Symphobia, and Swing Libraries. Moreover, you can create your own sounds and samples or download others with the Nord Sound Manager.

Effects

Would you like to edit the sound of the piano? No problem! The Piano 6 has a versatile effects processor with which you can personalise the smallest details of the sound. The system has, for example, innovative reverb, (pre-)delay, and chorus effects. Moreover, the system has fun filters and modulation effects. You can also add different effects to separate layers and the system has an amazing built-in dynamic compressor.
