The DS-840 is a sturdy drum throne from Yamaha. Hardware is very important to any drummer; it is not the intention that certain tripods or the stool to fall over or collapse. It is therefore a good idea to invest in high-quality products from reliable companies. The DS-840 has a wide and stable threaded rod on which the seat sits, making it very easy and quick to adjust the height of the seat. However, this does not cause instability, and the seat will not slide. The height is adjustable between 46 and 65 centimetres. The bar is made of die-cast aluminium and the legs are double-braced. This ensures that the legs will not deform and that the stool can handle a lot of weight. In short, a very sturdy stool for the enthusiastic drummer!

The FGDP-30

Do you want to produce a proper rhythm without a drum set? The FGDP-30 is the ideal option! This device is a drum pad that you can work with your fingers. The pad contains a wide variety of different professionally sampled sounds, from acoustic drums to electronic sounds. Yamaha has made sure that in the factory settings the layout is divided in the most efficient way. They call this the 3-finger style, which means you can work the kick drum with your thumb, the hi-hat with your middle finger, and the snare with your index finger. However, you can change this and assign different purposes to the individual pads. The pads are also very nuanced, as you can, for example, choke the cymbal by holding the pad down with one finger and tapping it with another. The device has a rechargeable battery and can thus be used anywhere.
