Throughout the decades they have designed more popular shapes which explains their current popularity quite well. Additionally, Fender prioritises quality. The Vintera ‘50s Stratocaster is part of Fender’s Vintera series. With this series Fender produces modern guitar inspired by their vintage guitars. The guitars are made in Mexico and are of great quality. This guitar is specifically inspired by the original Stratocaster, which came out in the 1950s. The guitar has a vintage look, including vintage inspired hardware. The pickups are specifically designed for this guitar, and are the Fender ‘50s single coil pickups. The pickups produce the authentic and beautiful sound the Stratocaster is known for. However, the guitar also has modern aspects. This is not visible, but it is audible.
