The T177J12CE is Lâg's latest 12-string guitar with great value for money. Lâg always does a good job of researching the sound of their guitars, and this one also has a beautiful sound. The top is made of spruce, and the back and sides are made of 'Khaya' mahogany. These types of wood together with the 12 strings provide a rich and clear sound. 12-string guitars are theoretically just western guitars, only there are two of all six strings. The lowest four strings are tuned an octave different, and the highest two strings are tuned the same. This gives the guitar a richer sound. Guitarists known for this include Brian May and Don Felder. This makes this guitar very special, and for this price it is irresistible!
